An active voice amplifier that amplifies spoken sound, thereby improving communication with your surroundings. Developed for use with Protective Mask AS 90 (Ansiktsskydd 90). The TAPR microphone (Tactical Air Purifying Respirator Microphone) attaches easily using clips with integrated magnets to the mask’s speech diaphragm, allowing you to quickly and easily mount or remove the TAPR microphone, which connects to the RVA speaker (Respirator Voice Amplifier) via a 3.5 mm jack.

The RVA speaker is easily attached using MOLLE-compatible clip or to pouches. It is robust and manufactured from hardened polymer, which also makes it extremely lightweight.

The RVA speaker is powered by an integrated lithium-ion battery providing a long operating time and is easily charged using a USB-A to USB-C cable (note: not compatible with newer USB-C to USB-C fast chargers).
